April - Grilled Cheese Month

Over the years this favorite has morphed into a two fisted feast with with any number of cheeses, assorted meats and veggies with gourmet spreads on artisan bread. Warm melted cheese and buttery toasted bread in all forms is wonderful but there is nothing like the old fashioned comfort of a grilled American cheese sandwich and tomato soup. Old is new.
